With over thirty years of sales and marketing experience, Oberlander founded Kaleo Marketing at the height of the recession in early 2010. He has had the honor of working with some of the finest marketing professionals in the industry and is proud that Kaleo has grown into multiple locations and markets. A former VP of Sales and Marketing for a leading Human resource and Payroll software provider in New York City, Oberlander oversaw sales of over $20 million a year to clients that included Met Life, Fuji Bank, Port Authority of NY/NJ and Firmenich Industries.
Entering the timeshare industry as a marketer in 2005 he quickly became one of Shell Vacations Club’s top performers for multiple years running. His patented OPC training program has been used throughout the country to dramatically improve marketer performance. He is proud to helm a team of top professionals representing the finest leading developers in the Vacation Ownership industry.
Director of Operations
Steve Roman is the Director of Operations for Kaleo Marketing, responsible for operation, performance, and growth of the corporation in all markets. Prior to his current position, Steve spent 10 years as one of the head experiential marketing representatives for Nissan Motors, supervising their programs at auto shows and events nationwide. Previously, Steve was a top rated OPC for Shell Vacation Clubs West Division and brings over 8 years of time share experience to his current role. His strong leadership skills and 20+ years of sales and marketing experience have helped Kaleo Marketing expand their team and presence in multiple markets.
Chief Compliance Officer
Vincent brings years of experience in product liability, compliance, finance and Real Estate to Kaleo’s executive team. He originally found success as a Controller of a Product Liability at a major Law firm in Century City a position he served in for years. In 1997 while researching areas to buy his first house he was struck with the beauty and variety of architecture found in Los Angeles. With his background in finance/economics combined with his love for numbers and design, a career in real estate seemed an obvious choice.
The founder of The Lombardi Group, he has bought/sold/managed many properties and enjoys sharing his knowledge, passion and expertise with others. He has been a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator for over 17 years.
Director of Business Development
Danny Livingston brings a diverse background in event production, accounting and sales management to Kaleo’s executive team. Prior to joining Kaleo, Danny managed large sales and marketing teams in the intermountain west region for AMP Agency. In addition, he founded a production company which presented parties at world class red carpet events like The Sundance Film Festival. His unique skill set makes him a great addition to Kaleo Marketing as Manager of Events and Business Development.
